Location was magnificent and marvellous, near Old Portsmouth and gun wharf. I could use a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi.

Location was good and excellent, close to everything. Plus it was adjacent to Old Portsmouth and gun wharf, the seafront and Gunwharf Quays. The rooms were tidy, cosy. I really enjoyed its a walk-in shower.

The location of this hotel is superb, just steps away from the beach and close to a co-op for any supplies needed. the James Bond theme throughout the room was a fun and unique touch, with a great collection of James Bond items. I also appreciated the small bottle of Prosecco and milk left in the fridge, a nice welcome gesture.
the owner has since acknowledged the issue and plans to provide one in the future. more coffee pods would have been appreciated, although this was a minor inconvenience as there was plenty of tea and sugar provided.

We got great value for our money at the Southsea Royale Studio. The room was impressive with its James Bond theme and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront, and the staff were helpful and accommodating.
The breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of coffee options.

We had a fantastic stay at this quirky and well-designed studio. the attention to detail, including the James Bond theme and small bottle of Prosseco and milk in the fridge, made our experience truly enjoyable. the room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a microwave, fridge, and plates and bowls. the location was ideal, with easy access to the seafront and attractions like Old Portsmouth and Gunwharf. Despite being centrally located, the studio was quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔🏨.

We had a fantastic stay at this James Bond themed studio located by the seafront. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the boating lake. The owner had gone to great lengths to collect all the wonderful James Bond memorabilia, making the stay unique and enjoyable. The private off-road parking was convenient, and the modern facilities, including a massive bed and good shower, added to the comfort of our stay. We appreciated the small touches like having milk in the fridge and a good supply of tea and coffee. we highly recommend this studio for a memorable stay in Southsea.
Although the bedding was clean, it had the appearance of being slept in and the quilt cover was creased, which detracted from the overall look. We also would have liked more coffee pods as there were only two for our entire stay.

The room was well-designed with a unique theme that was fun and impressive. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower had hot water. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and public transport was easily accessible. It was a quiet place to stay, and the room was equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle for morning tea. There were also some additional fun touches that added to the overall experience.
The room was absolutely freezing, even with the heater on maximum. The floors especially were extremely cold and didn't warm up even after a few hours.

I booked at short notice for a minibreak and was really delighted with the room. The location was great too. This place was such fun! We loved all the quirky touches, but also found it comfortable and well-equipped, with lots of thoughtful features and a hilariously spacious and super-comfy bed! Well worth the money over the Easter bank holiday weekend.
Totally recommend this hotel.
